Have previously contracted services to NXS - long time ago though, last being Fossetmaker.
20 years oilfield CFO/CEO/MD experience in drilling , completions, rig ownership, production. Sold my service companies, retired at 40 and invest my money. Santos was our biggest client. Oilfield is very close knit.
NXS is my current play, I watch that market every minute of every day. Biggest mistake I made in my life was being overexposed to NXS at $1.50 - $1.80, I now make it my business to know every possible issue before I invest and include every contingency which is why I only hold 1 stock at any one time and are often fully invested in that 1.
Re: my call on NXS update, Boards very rarely prepare such reports, they engage analysts to do these things - I got that info from external sources to NXS, the info itself is largely publicly available - it will simply now be presented by the company - I doubt it will move the sp.
The catalyst for the sp is sale of Crux, nothing else will do it. Even LTom sale would not do it because the funds raised would pay out debt and long term NXS may be up for $500m Capex on Crux. Sale post Auriga offers potentially the best result before need for development Capex.
I consider that there is nothing technical or financial that I dont know about NXS and their relationships - the 1 thing I dont know is where the sp is heading - that is totally in the hands of our seller presumably over the next month.
