There seems to be no disclosures on regarding this share transaction so definitely interested in understanding who has made the sale and the reason why.
Based on 2012's Annual Report (and I am not sure how accurately that reflects the current holding) only JP Morgan and Hindalco owned more than 23 million shares so unless JP Morgan has dropped it not sure who it can be.
Will be very interested to find out who has sold and how so much on such a thinly traded stock can be sold without any notice.
Time will tell.
