I believe it will be new investors that will be the real driving force behind the sp once the announcement is made. Don't forget PEK has been in a decline for a long time and many jumped ship on REEs.
I don't want to jump the gun but will say more after I read the funding announcement. PEK will probably be the next best chance on asx of moving from small cap to a mid-tier company.
I'm still waiting for my "SIR" move on PEK
