Most small caps have taken a beating recently, RWD is no exception. The only event which may reverse the sentiment is securing finance. 25c is long term support, 8c is historic low as far as I can see, God forbid.
Hopefully the project is debt funded rather than share based to minimise dilution . $20M mkt cap is getting ridiculous. Might be an institution selling RWD down, might be someone with a grudge, not wanting the project to succeed, who knows ?
I can understand your reluctance to buy, I'd prefer more positive sentiment as well before committing to purchasing more.
