Strange timing for COE to do this during drilling. You'd think they'd wait for HW-3 results before making a decision.

Makes me wonder if the cost overruns have given them a scare and made them realise offshore drilling is too high risk for them. Their SP has been getting smashed recently (along with everyone else in small caps) and this looks to me like a panicked announcement.
