NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, further to the announcement made by
Trilogy International Limited ("TIL") on Friday, 3 May 2013, ECOWB warrants
are due to expire on Saturday,15 June 2013.
To exercise ECOWB warrants, notices must be posted by 5pm, Friday, 14 June
2013. Any warrants not exercised by the exercise date will lapse and all
rights in regard to them will expire.
The last trading day in ECOWB will be Tuesday, 11 June 2013 prior to being
halted at close of business.
ECOWB will be removed from the NZSX market from close of business on Monday,
17 June 2013.
