Why are you so worried because the Qld LNP are running a budget "deficit"... "again"?
Did you think that the LNP could fix the Labor mess overnight?
There is no way the LNP could turn around Labor's mess overnight. It takes years, just as it did after Keating left us 90 Billion of debt and will do so after Gillard has left us 300 Billion of debt.
Labor gave Queenslanders $80 Billion of debt. The LNP are trying to sort it out, no thanks to Bligh or Fraser who have all departed.
For someone who benefits so much from our welfare system you seem to complain a lot.
