Hairy despite the Qld LNP last year forecasting budget surpluses in their first term I made the call absolutely no way they would achieve one.

Read yesterday's speech and last year's budget speech.

They have missed their forecasts just as badly as Swan did this year.

So. Who of you lot will grow some balls and step up to the plate and criticize the rotund Treasurer's non-achievement?

The deficit would have been much larger had he not raised $1 billion in additional taxes, fees and fines (i.e. you and I are paying for that).

We're paying more taxes now than under Bligh.
