    I believe the Company is encouraged by historical evidence
    from drilling success on other surface anticlines and
    sandstone reservoirs similar to Malolos[ operated by others.]Success at Malolos would provide further evidence of this and incentive for further drilling in what appears to be an established petroleum system.
