Many thanks Slick - What is your rough guess as to when the landfill site might be cleared off based on what you have been seeing? Done before Christmas?
The reason I ask as I think that is the deadline EPA has set down to avoid penalties. Not sure if those penalties were only regarding the partly processed material tho.
Assuming the bags at the pond site are all AL80 - as has been mentioned here previously - being certified non-hazardous would allow this - however unprocessed ore/ part processed slag would have to remain on-site or at the certified landfill.
SO reduction at landfill site and at the factory sounds good to me. We really need a good sized contract for that AL80 tho.
