BBG ... not for everyone but for some lucky *bugger!*

How can a once $14.00+ company(6yrs ago), with an annual turnover of $1bil, now be trading at 23c? Well, quite simply because of Debt vs net equity value(basis 23c/share)...equating to $154mil vs $110mil and, therefore, being dumped by the fear that the 'banks' will want to start collecting their borrowings back. Now, mooted previous *consortium* suitors, who were hinting offering $1.10 a mere few months back, have stalled the process enough to pressure the management(and share price) so much that they could now acquire the whole company(debt and all) for a mere $300mil, about the same as the current earnings/share of $0.06c and still be in front!

All very interesting, and very risky, but if you were purely basing your decisions on TA then it would be understandable why you wouldn't be a little excited about current levels(or just below)...see attached charts.

I have place a few of my speculative $'s on some right here BUT will watch it like a hawk and then have another look @ 14c if indeed it gets down there!
