I set up a fund through esuperfund last year. It was very easy. I recently started a TTRP and my wife a pension at no extra cost. I use Commsec as the broker. I think that this type of fund is good for uncomplicated simple funds where there is no need for advice or advice is sought elsewhere. There are limitations eg you must use ANZ and specified brokers.
I believe the alternative broking platform is their own proprietary platform.
The cost is about $900pa all included. I think it is relatively cheap because of the electronic data collection from the bank and brokers. Overall, I am happy so far.
I would be happier if the market picked up a bit again but they cannot be blamed for that!
