Good points but Mr Thamrin and Mr Bull have specific expertise in their fields. Perhaps Mr Thamrin and Mr Bull were asked to have a role in the negotiations but could only contribute an initial influence. The negotiations must have involved complicated legal knowledge as well the skills needed to form and maintain constructive on-going relationships.
Yes, they possess the local knowledge but without the LUA being signed off, I fail to see how they can get us over the line. We need a 'Deal Closer'. Do Mr Thamrin and Mr Bull have these qualities? Sufficient time has elapsed. I want action! GLTA.
