ANZ's global head of commodities research Mark Pervan warned this week that the good times for the low-cost giants - BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Brazil's Vale - had come to an end. Mr Pervan, who visited China last week, said there were no new projects being discussed at a price below $US150 a tonne.
