I agree with Holdonman. The one thing that hasn't been addressed is exactly who is at fault. Why not? Does it mean Red are pursuing GHD and don't want to make a public comment because it's in the hands of lawyers? Does it mean that Red are at fault and don't care to admit it? Whatever the reason the way Red are going about things doesn't give me much hope that we'll be saved by having someone else wear the cost for this.
