not sure i agree with the numbers guys.. we only have 'cost' figures.. obviously, the actual revenues will have to be much higher for the project to be profitable. to have a total spend of say $600Mill would mean the NPV would be say $750 - very rough calcs assuming minimum gross margins. not sure we can make an estimate unless they tell us what the annual earnings figure is projected to be and for how long. regardless.. a $15Mill market cap company involved in such a big project should imply it deserves a much much higher valuation.
