You have mentioned the diluting effect the conversion of the note issue will have on the registry.
Another consequence is a major change to the company's power base come November, away from PW and TICHR (the board's contribution in the note issue was very minor).
I can see a big reason, for PW to get an event ticked off before Nov, if not an exit.
