    I can only think of two possible scenario's to reflect the current share price -

    1. Market believe's (or leak) that a T/O offer will not eventuate therefore CR or cornerstone investor at discount to current share price.

    2. Price being driven & held down so that 35 cent bid by CFC looks mighty attractive & may tempt the big holders to end their nightmare & take up the offer.
