Hi Warnie, I still remember when you were buying and trading the BONG when it was in that $1.80-$3.30 range, after that 1st downgrade that saw the stock fall from $3.50 to $1.70 and then when TPG appeared with the $3 and $3.30 bids - there was good money to be made back then on the swings.
So TPG have come in at $3.30, $3 and then at $1.45, they could probably have the whole company now and get shareholder approval for anywhere from 45-55c.
In the end a full takeover was not feasible to BBG, especially when VF Corp was offering 30c and Sycamore at sub 45c, as reported by the AFR.
