re: Ann: $602million co-ownership transaction... Big article and an associated discussion of the strategy in todays (6/6/13) Australian (Primespace)....basically argues that we are fo9llowing a similar strategy to Westfield to free up cash without capital raising or increasing debt. We have a billion+ war chest now...until we spend it presumably we are a very juicy takeover option?
