.....That high quality work was recognised when
the company produced a “ground-breaking”
presentation that concluded that the Seychelles
was most likely to be oil prone at a major oil and gas
conference in Cape Town and industry presentation
in London during October 2012.

Among the attendees at that presentation was a
major European petroleum company which had
a particular interest in increasing its already
significant position in Africa.

In-depth discussions began almost immediately
with the yet-to-be-named company, leading to
WHL Energy announcing on March 25, 2013 that it
had executed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI)
with the potential farminee for WHL Energy’s
Seychelles Project.......
