    re: diabetes anyone?....sellnow? Good point about blood donating......whilst it's not a full health checkup, they do some checks which at least might provide an indicator to a change in your general level of health......blood pressure, haemoglobin levels, weight, etc and the questions asked make you think whether anything has changed, so there is a side benefit , apart from the knowledge you are doing some good at no real cost to yourself except a bit of your time.

    Plus the sausage rolls afterwards aren't bad. (Heart Health approved of course).
