No worries mate.

I definitely am a carefully optimistic shareholder, but I believe that anyone of us has the right to criticise the CEO, as he is actually working for us, the part owners of the company.

Some have said on here that Alan had to say a deal would be signed in a 'couple of weeks' to pump the SP before accessing the ATM.

As others have also said, this tactic leaves Unilife in a awkward position re: the chance that Sanofi (or whatever company it is), might be able to renegotiate from a position of strength at even this late hour.

Alan's bragging about margins is a big mistake in my opinion, and it reeks of arrogance that he would even mention it before the deal is actually done.

IMO.
