I suspect ASX200 at 4000 may be a bit too much to expect in an environment with very low bank rates because the dividend yield would rise significantly and make shares very attractive to those in cash, unless the economy looks like facing some significant problems.
Personally I am cashed up and happy to wait for the market to come to me. I was surprised at the extent of the capital inflow that pushed up share prices further, faster and for longer than what I had expected.
