Not sure your correct Rumbai if you mean a substantial shareholder notice it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform the company and asx etc. Look at John McMahon's he was issued the 3b for $200k on the 10th of last month and the notice was received to the market on the 20th. I imagine your allowed up to a 10 working day window. So you should see that soon but I expect they will also sell down below 5% by then if it is who I think was issued those shares.
No sour grapes for John as he has pretty much bankrolled this company and will be a much richer man in 18 months. If the $600k was issued to Gurney it is allowing us who believe in the company one last chance to buy up big and get on board. Now you may ask yourself why did they issue out pretty much their remaining shares that could be issued.
The answer is pretty simple yes Alliance Super is paying out their outstanding debts but would they not say okay issue as many shares for gurney to sell on market and repay as much off one of your loan shark loans as possible then we will sign off on the funding. Sometimes the simplest most logical conclusion will be proven correct.
Thanks to KR I've been able to buy up more shares on market and quite happy that they are still stuck around this price momentarily not that I need anymore...
