I agree that the next ann will be a sales contract and perhaps some sales to the
spot market of specific REEs.
Dirisking is going to plan:
(a) The Malaysian legal hurdle is over.
(b) The GE 13 is over
(c) No glitches in Phase 1 ramp-up
(d) Phase 1 at nameplate production.
To a glass half-fuller, this is music
To a glass half-emptier, however, their are always possible future problems.
