re: re:banjar: donhoop diabetes anyone? Thanks, Epsi. No loss of weight. I don't think I do number ones more often than average -I can certainly control it- I drink a fair amount of water, not because I get overly thirsty but because of the walking I do (I think!) and because I was told by those around me to do so, so as to "keep my system clean!"
How do you mean "8" becomes 10+? I'm 62 now. Mother is in her 80s and has a far lower reading (judging by my little pricker). Do you mean that I should watch carefully what I'm eating or doing or should I let my GP toss pills down my gullet?
Thanks for the interest.
