"potential cutting of jobs"
Incorrect statement.
I can confirm no cutting of jobs 100%. All Lynas staff are specifically trained by Rhodia and valuable to the company. Staff trained by Lynas acquire a very specialized skill set and can not be easily replaced as staff that work say, at an iron ore plant. A rare earth engineer is much much harder to find than an engineer that works in other commodities industry.
