My understanding is that they lost the case and now have to come back to the Environmental Court with their tail between their legs with a proposed compromise and timeline to mine. If no deal can be reached, then they have 1 last shot rather than numerous as indicted by Debs. At worst this will be done and dusted by last Aug to early Sept and at best no further appeal as no valid point of law missed.
It's up to the NZ voting public to realise their detached benevolence to the F&B cult is misguided and they need to stop funding these radicals.
