Well that eliminates then the talk about BHP not wanting to drill SC55. S0 that is put to bed now.
Also it seems the election and change of officials is also part of the problem, but now the election is passed this is also out of the way.
The govt therefore needs to get the parties to sit down and crack a few heads together and make it happen.
Philippines definitely need the additional energy to support its growing economy. They would be foolish to rebuff a major player like BHP.
Interesting to see how the share price reacts to this article tomorrow.
