I do not own a home and cannot see myself having the money to buy one at current prices.
I am thinking about retiring to some place like Thailand. I can buy an apartment near the beach in Pattaya from about $50,000. A two or three bedroom apartment for about $150,000. Cost of living is low, no rates just a maintenance fee each year which is low. Medical is cheap and the country has good infrastructure..
