Well lets hope there were not any breaches and its just the minor houses crying foul beause they were left behind, breaches of disclosure not good for the market in general,,
Personally , it was like the sudden loss of exploration lic, plus the break of 15 with rapid fire downgrades forced ncm into coming clean....
