I think the dividend might be a bit lower than people are expecting.
As I pointed out earlier 2h NPAT is only $25m-$28m which works out to be about 9-10 cps.
On that basis, dividend could be as low as 4 cents in the second half although more likely to be 5-6 cents. If they went aggressive they could keep at 8 cents.
Still assuming ongoing 5 cents a half still works out at over 10% a year at current prices.
