As of 31/12/12 net equity in USD was $73,194,000. With a property disposal and loan amortisation since 31/12/12 this figure would be even higher now.
Divide that by the number of shares on issue (362,457,000) and that gives you net equity of 20.2 US cents per share.
At an exchange rate of 1 AUD = 0.95 USD, net equity of 20.2 US cents per share = 21.3 Australian cents per share.
MIX assets are all in the US so as the AUD falls this net equity per share figure increases in terms of AUD.
