Looks like that is the way it is going... Buyers adopted the wait and see the SPP results since last week.
Now the SPP is finalised with a clear indication of 82% scaling back with limited stocks available. I've never experienced any SPP with such a huge scaled back....
Trading in Germany start to pick up again with strong price and volume.. The next push to 60c is imminent.
