That may not be as hard as it looks, if PLV seems to have a decent project. The market cap is $21.2m at the moment, so the market cap would be around $31.2m with $10m raised. Is the project worth that?

I look at some of the tiddlers that seem to have impossibly low market caps when they announce a raising, but they will be adding shares, so the market cap will double (or something like that), when the new shares come on. Dilution will be 1/3 here?
