unfortunately bomber nailed it in one - terrible management.
After all of their mistakes and the comment "we sincerely apologise to our shareholders for how long we have been suspended etc etc" - they relist with no plan, no cashflow projections and stating they need capital.
They just well and truely shafted the long term shareholders who have had to put up with the PLV shennanigans.

How could they not see this coming?
