Why is it a "crock"?
Other companies have to abide by the same rules - they have not jumped the gun. They have done the extra hard yards, extra months/extra cost of drilling, maybe they came up with a smaller "bubble" on the SYR bubble chart but at least investors can place some confidence in the figures.
ASX is often criticized for not acting to protect investors. When it does it's job, it still cops flack. No pleasing some people.
