Average down? There is absolutely no reason to do so. Especially the Pr/Nd weakness hits Lynas hard. There is no way to operate without burning money at these prices. No matter how beautyful the plant may be, the timing of ramping it up could hardly been worse.
Unfortunately I see new lows inevitable.
