re: Ann: Prospectus Delay and Cancellation of... Reiner, 150% dilution just to feed the board and keep thing running till cash-flow-positive is not a good deal. Particularly when the plant is producing 3m/mth revenue and Sal de Vida has a cashed up JV partner waiting to proceed.
