It can be challenged all the way through to the High Court which is now our final Court of Appeal.

It ,of course, does not mean either party will appeal any decision by the Warden/ Minister but the process is there. And the more complex the issues the longer it potentially takes .

There is no simple answer with this one, hence my preference to stand back. Nathan appears to have initial front running but there could be a whole wealth of issues we are not aware of.
