U mining bans will not be lifted until there is a decent market correction in which case the Feds have fair justification to act in the 'national interest'. You can quote me! Politics is about managing the certainties going forward and they would be well aware there is a market crorection (a big cohuna) or crash just around the corner! In which case the States will look awfully silly as economic growth slows to an err! Or more scarily, housing values tank to follow on from this! State govt's are only rolling in money because of the China phenomena, not prudent economic management!
