re: sun 23/10-epsilonel Hi Epsilonel---just woken up lol---work nights--this week I put in a 54 hour week---on Saturdays---yesterday---I began work at 6am working through to 2.30pm---the day before that Thursday 3pm to 12 midnight--I only had 4 hours sleep---I got home--mean't to have a nap for a couple of hours-ended up sleeping for 7 hours!---anyway I feel okay now.
