The question though is at what price ? ?
The new substantial holder at the helm and who is likely at these prices to hold a MUCH larger stake once the Convertible Note matures in 4 months (1.2c at current price with applicable discount).
Even those low ball figures the company apparently brushed off in times past would likely still offer a significant return in such a short period to the new #1.
