They have used the term " up to 3 trials" previously, so it may be 3 or possibly fewer I guess. Presumably they'll make the decision based on commercial viability factors in relation to each cancer type. What level of competition, market factors etc.

They did not mention manufacturing facilities as such, rather manufacturing platform, which I take to mean the intellectual property of the manufacturing processes. My take is that the plan is still to outsource the manufacturing of the vaccine to established labs, under a licensing arrangement.
