I think we all know the Irvine PFS was a rushed disaster and does not value Irvine to its full potential.
The capex was just too high for a minnow like PLV.
However the sums did still stack up.
The chinese are the $. 50% of cockatoo will be worth it in the long run. Lets just hope we can pull it off.
