Hilldweller, you are right. The interest rate at which a company can borrow tells a great deal. Right now, Nestor, the third-biggest redlight camera operator in the US, is paying 12% interest. This latest deal between Redflex and Harris Bank looks to be providing funds at something less than 5%.
Says interesting things about the way that hard-nosed bankers rate the respective companies.
