The good news is they are down to 20 day inventory. I read this week that 14 days is critically low, and some mills will not be able to de-stock much more longer....4 weeks tops...then up we go. Other are already starting to restock. It will not be much of a lift. But it signals a easing of pressure on the downside of the IO spot price.
