The difference is with MT Kellet, Jp morgan ect is they would be hedging there longs as well. They would be short LYC, so they infact probably have a very small loss at the moment.
They unlike retail holders arent here flapping there gums. If it heads north they reduce there hedge and when it heads south they increase it.
There pros to just say they bought at 75 cents really means bugger all. There covered to some degree.
