FMX when gold was near its bear market lows around 13 years ago and markets were strong, I found a gold stock paying a 10% FF yield.
Hill 50 gold. I bought despite the worst bear market for gold because that company had strong margins and profits DESPITE the weak POG.
I see that as being very likely for ABU as well. Unfortunately for me Hill 50 got taken over within 6 months. I doubled my money and made a killing on the options.
Unfortunate because I would have made a hell of a lot more money from that bear market low without the takeover.
Stocks can perform in weak sectors when they have strong margins when most others have poor margins.
In markets like this timing is impossible but I disagree that ABU's sp will not perform once the cash flows simply because of the sector its in.
